Can I order Single Product?
Yes, you can place single product orders. Our MOQ = 1pc.
Can I set my own retail prices and profit margins?
Yes, absolutely. We provide products to you at direct wholesale prices. You have complete freedom to set your own retail prices on your store and determine your own profit margins.
Will my customers know the product came from Baapstore?
Never. We operate via strict Whitelabel dropshipping. The courier cover label will only carry your brand/store name. No Baapstore logos, marketing materials, or pricing information are ever included in the parcel.
What is Shipping timeframe?
Most of our products are delivered in 4 to 8 days. In some cases, it will be lesser and in some cases, longer.
Which pin codes do you deliver to in India, and who are your courier partners?
We cover over 27,000 pin codes across India. We are partnered with 35+ top-tier courier networks to ensure widest reach and maximum delivery speed.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched either in same or next day. Once dispatched, tracking IDs will become available in your respective order history page.
Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Because COD is the preferred payment method for a huge percentage of Indian online shoppers, we fully support COD orders to help you maximize your store's conversion rates.
How Returns work?
We accept returns in all cases. You can initiate a returns within 5 days from the delivery date. You can usually find this option in the order page.
For the hygiene based products like innerwear, or consumable products like lotion, we take returns only in case the products returned is damaged or wrong.
What happens in case of an RTO (Return to Origin / Undelivered Parcel)?
If a courier cannot deliver a parcel due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it becomes an RTO and is returned to our warehouse. The return shipping costs are deducted from your wallet or store credits.
